A new group of happy Kraver's (Beginners) warming up with a peripheral vision drill. If you get tapped on the back you're out for 2 push ups then back in again, the idea is to move through the group with out getting tapped, harder than it sounds!

What's happening in the video?

This is a determination drill, the fighter in the middle has to attack the shields for a 1 minute interval while being buffeted by the shield holders and changing direction to address the buffet-er /potential attacker.
