Spanish for beginners:

Course participants will be able to understand more about the Spanish language. You will learn the right pronunciation, for better and clear speech; How to hold easy conversations, to say what you mean; develop a better understanding and basic knowledge of everyday Spanish Language, including numbers, vocabulary and grammar.

This course will build your confidence to speak this global language. You also will learn about the Spanish culture, including some traditions, and a simple, but tasty, popular Mexican dish. Suitable for beginners. Bring a notebook and pen!

Indian Cooking:

This Indian Cooking course equips you with skills of cooking three course Indian meals including vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian curries, rice dishes, breads, snacks, drinks, chutneys, raitas (yoghurt dishes) deserts and other complementary dishes.

Lebanese & Mediterranean Cooking:

This practical based course will provide students a solid understanding of flavour combinations and how to best prepare ingredients to maximise flavour, with recipes primarily from Lebanon, the Middle East, Greece and Turkey.

Each session includes the preparation of a main meal, appetisers/entrees and sweets/desserts. The skills gained in this course can be used to increase creativity in everyday cooking demonstrating how to cook healthy food without sacrificing taste.

ALLERGY WARNING: class will make use of nuts and seafood

Pilates Progressions:

This class is suitable for people who have participated in at least 2 terms of Pilates during the last 12 months. The class is designed to continue improving body posture by developing core strength and stability and also to maintain/increase balance and range of movement in the body using a variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques. Not suitable for beginners.

Pilates Foundations:

This class is suitable for beginners and is designed to educate people around the foundations of Pilates. A variety of exercises and stretches based on Pilates principles and techniques will be used during the sessions which will help improve body posture by developing core strength and stability. This class can be a great way to get back into exercising!
