We're officially past the halfway point of the year. And if we're honest, a lot of us are starting to feel it. The lists are longer, the energy is lower, and the end of year break still feels a long way off.

That's exactly why our July Lunch & Learn is dedicated to your mental health.

Lunch & Learn: Mental Health, Finishing the Year Well will cover the early signs of burnout in yourself and others, practical ways to support someone who might be struggling, how to help yourself before you hit the wall, and an open, compassionate conversation about su***de awareness and the role we can all play.

You don't need to be in crisis to attend. Whether you're travelling well, feeling the pressure, or supporting someone who is, this session is for you.
