DanceStep at Dance Northside!

DanceStep is a formalized and progressive Dance Student Teacher Education Program designed to help students grow as leaders, role models, and mentors within their dance studio community.

Through this program, students have the opportunity to:
- Develop leadership and communication skills.
- Assist in classes and support younger dancers.
- Learn the value of teamwork, responsibility, and giving back to their community.

This program empowers students to contribute meaningfully to the community while continuing their own personal growth in dance, leadership and beyond.
