The ANU Law School is hosting a discussion on new developments in International Climate Law!

The International Court of Justice on 23 July delivered its much anticipated Advisory Opinion on āObligations of States in Respect of Climate Changeā. The unanimous Advisory Opinion will have a momentous impact on international climate law for decades. This seminar aims to provide a range of views on the Advisory Opinion including those from participants and the Pacific, and will reflect on the substance of the courtās views and legal options for future resolution of climate disputes.
