The ANU Law School is hosting a discussion on new developments in International Climate Law!

The International Court of Justice on 23 July delivered its much anticipated Advisory Opinion on ‘Obligations of States in Respect of Climate Change’. The unanimous Advisory Opinion will have a momentous impact on international climate law for decades. This seminar aims to provide a range of views on the Advisory Opinion including those from participants and the Pacific, and will reflect on the substance of the court’s views and legal options for future resolution of climate disputes.

- Not be, or intending to be, on the senior executive (President, Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary) of any other *LAW* society at the ANU or anywhere else in Australia/overseas in 2025. Being on the senior executive of any non-law society is acceptable.
