In high-pressure roles, conflict rarely comes out of nowhere. It is usually the result of accumulated stress meeting a single spark. When that spark hits, the brain's stress response dominates and logic disappears.
Our latest blog explores the 'Professional Anchor' mindset. It is about more than just understanding the biology of a surge; it is about mastering the entire interaction. Learn how to develop the 'Suit of Armour' needed to stay grounded in heated workplace conflict situations and break the 'Escalation Spiral'.
Stop surviving conflict and start mastering the situation: https://wix.to/1GI6adA
The Professional Anchor Mindset
Becoming a 'Professional Anchor' means developing the tactical capacity to stay heavy, grounded and unshakeable, regardless of the biological surge happening around you.

Huge congratulations to Ali on officially completing her Certificate III in Commercial Cookery!
Ali’s journey has been one of incredible growth - starting as an ASBA, moving through her full-time apprenticeship, and now reaching this major milestone. She’s not slowing down, either; she’s already enrolled in the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management to further her leadership skills.
A sincere thank you to Darren Tetley and the team at the National Press Club for their exceptional guidance and support throughout Ali’s work-based training. We are so proud of what she’s achieved!

Access Recognised Training was honoured to receive a Special Recognition from Raw Potential Youth this week.
We’re thrilled to support the incredible work RAW does by providing fee-free RSA, RCG and Food Safety training to their young people. Seeing first-hand how these opportunities build confidence, skills and real pathways into work is something our team is genuinely proud of.
A big thank you to Stacey Bright, Joel Artup and RAW Potential board representative Ian Muir for the work they do every day.
