This week we're shining the spotlight on Mina, one of our dedicated trainers and another proud representative of Nepal at Quest Training.

Mina is a qualified Registered Nurse with more than 12 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including Aged Care, Community Nursing, and Clinical Specialist roles. She has also held leadership positions as a Clinical Manager and Virtual Nurse, strengthening her clinical expertise, leadership, and communication skills.

For the past two years, Mina has been sharing her knowledge and experience with students at Quest Training. She is passionate about aged care and enjoys supporting future healthcare professionals to develop the confidence, skills, and professional values needed to provide compassionate, person-centred care.

Outside of work, Mina enjoys watching movies, travelling, and exploring new cuisines. She also values lifelong learning, embracing cultural diversity, and building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.

We are proud to have Mina as part of our diverse and multicultural team and appreciate the knowledge, dedication, and positive energy she brings to our students every day. 💙
