Naidoc ⚫️🟡🔴Week at Papilio Early Learning Barton day 3: Inspired by My Country by Ezekiel Kwaymullina and Sally Morgan Nursery and Preschool children made beautiful canvases as a nature-based art 🌿🌱🪾activity using native plants leaves and branches.
May in Toddlers room recreated the Rainbow 🌈Snake 🐍through a threading learning experience for fine motor skills, concentration and hand-eye contact.
What a beautiful vibe of Acknowledgement to the Traditional Custodians of the Land we learn and play everyday.

NAIDOC ⚫️🟡🔴 Week at Papilio Early Learning Barton Tuesday: Educator Aayu in Nursery Room made this beautiful sensory tub for children and foyer decoration.
In Preschool Educator Diana read the book My Country which inspired children to paint their own country.

Naidoc Week at Papilio Barton: Monday- sensory trays across the service for land connection, symbolism and practicing writing skills in the style of the Traditional Owners of this land.
We started a very connected week Acknowledging The Country in our daily practices. Stay tuned for more learning activities during this important week for the Traditional Owners and custodians of the Land we learn and play every day.
