I’ve been sharing my personal story this week. I’ve shared my past, darkest days and how I started my business journey. It’s in my highlights if you want to see 🥰

I’ve never shared that part of my life before, because I’ve buried it deep. But upon reflection, I’ve realised what I had buried was the reason why I started my business and became the woman I am today.

⚜️ 𝐈 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞.

By openly sharing it, I now feel a newer level of authenticity which has given me a sense of permission to be
EVEN MORE: “NO F***S GIVEN”

I feel even more comfortable to talk about what was possible for me, IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU.

• Learning how to create rapport and use your charisma and energy to get you what you want in life
• Letting others know that success is how you define it, whether it’s extra dollars or multiple 6 figure months

I went through some testing times, but I came out on top. And so can you, and I can’t wait for you to join me! 🤍

You’re a business woman are you? Are you sure?

❓So if I approached you, shook your hand and introduced myself to you, how would you introduce yourself back to me?
❓If you were at a networking event and someone said to you, "Hi!! it's so lovely to meet you. What's your business? What is it that you do?" What would you tell that person?

Listen, I talk to a lot of women.
I have coached a lot of women.
I associate with a lot of business women.
And there's something I notice and unapologetically have to correct when it comes up during conversation. And that's when I hear them downplaying who they are, what they do and what their business is 😠

Prime example, last night during a coaching session with a new client, we spoke about how she would like to be respected and perceived as the owner of her company. Mind you, she has a very impressive company 🔥 Which she is taking over the high-level reigns from her husband **kyes

Listen, there's nothing wrong with being a stay home mum, single mum, new business owner or even someone who's working full time with a side hustle. BUT what is WRONG is when small talk and down play your business. This shows you don't respect or take your business seriously (yet), so how are other people going ake your business seriously? 🙄

Below (and swipe) are 6 ways YOU can build your confidence easily and immediately 🤍

⚜️ Just decide to have it. Someone's gotta give you the tough love. No one decides for you if YOU can or cannot be confident, everybody is so focused on their own confidence, so why aren't YOU making the decision for yourself? Who's permission are you waiting for?

⚜️ Be fearless about who you really are. You know you're a good woman. You know you're made with a good heart, wine and everything fine. All the power, energy, strength, courage, and confidence you seek is already within you.

⚜️ Competence = confidence
Gather knowledge skills and abilities in the areas that you are passionate about. Become an expert in those areas and share it with people.

⚜️ Action = momentum
The more action you take, the more progress you see, and you realise all things are possible in small steps. As you continue to create momentum you will start to develop confidence to do the BIGGER things.

⚜️ Surround yourself with the right people: Be conscious about who you spend your time with. Do they inspire you? Do they believe in you? Do they appreciate you? Do they uplift you and make you feel confident?

⚜️ Act as if = Take 5 minutes to just get into your mind and imagine what the CONFIDENT version of you look like? HOW DOES IT FEEL to be her? What is she wearing? What does her day look like? What's her body language like? How does she speak to people?

⚜️ Being fearless: Life is full of opportunities and fun to be had, so why play small and stay safe? Be fearless and challenge yourself, prove people wrong, damn prove yourself wrong. Determine what success looks and feels like to you, figure out what lifestyle you want to live, find your passion and purpose AND THEN be fearless and pursuit it all!

♠️ Being ambitious: Being ambitious adds flavour to your life and soul! Ok, so not only does it drive you mad and make you have mini business meltdowns every day, but being ambitious takes you places, introduces you to people, stretches you, gives you a sense of excitement, a creative outlet and confidence in yourself and your work.

⚜️ Charging their worth: Short and simple.. Because you don't get paid for your services or products, you get paid for your time, knowledge, expertise, the problem you solve, the impact you make, the lives you change. And let's not forget the self-investments you made which now flow into your business.

♠️ Believing in themselves: You have to believe in your abilities and skills, no matter how many people believe in you, zero or 100, your self belief is the most important. If your self belief isn't on lock, then it's your against your mind - every time. Build your self belief > build on abilities & skills > build your business.

⚜️ Promoting their business: You built a business to be of service to others and in return you get paid. So why are you in business if you don't want to get paid? Why did you build an empire if you're not going to share your gifts with the world? Don't apologise for promoting your business, be proud in your creation and the ways you can be of service to others - people need your magic.

♠️ Leading and making decisions: A CEO doesn't wait for permission to lead, they just lead. They make executive decisions without really 100% knowing the end result, however, decisions are made instead of delaying them. And the great thing is, if it wasn't an ideal result it becomes a lesson learned, never a loss or failure.

⚜️ The reason why I am so focused and dedicated to creating a dream life that allows me to be time and financially free ➔ Because I want her to grow up knowing what hard work and commitment looks, but also enjoying the rewards of her achievement.

👧🏻 Because my daughter is watching, I make sure to push myself every day to be the best Mummy who shows her daughter that ANYTHING is possible, and we can have ANYTHING we want if we put our heart and mind into it.
