💛 At St John the Apostle, we believe that empowering our teachers with knowledge, content and connection is an important part of supporting our students to thrive.

Yesterday, Mrs Webb, Mrs Stewart, Mrs Pank, Mrs O.G, Mr Doepel and Mr Tarry had the pleasure and privilege of attending The Resilience Project Teachers Seminar in Sydney.

It was a wonderful day full of learning, connection and GEM — Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness. Our staff also had the pleasure of meeting Martin Heppell and Hugh van Cuylenburg, along with the many wonderful people who make The Resilience Project such a valuable program for schools and communities.

We look forward to bringing this learning back to our classrooms and continuing to support the wellbeing and resilience of our students. 💛
