Our signature fish tanks at both campuses offer children a window into the wonders of the underwater world. 🐠

Filled with colourful, Nemo-inspired fish, these much-loved spaces spark curiosity, encourage observation and create opportunities for meaningful conversations and learning.

Our outdoor learning environments invite endless opportunities for exploration and discovery. 🌿

From sandpits, swings and water play to rich sensory experiences, children are encouraged to explore, experiment and engage with the world around them through meaningful outdoor play.

We also love stepping beyond the campus to explore the lush surrounds of Yarralumla, connecting with nature and the wider environment as part of our learning journey. 🌳

Painting with nature at Bush Kindy. πŸ„

Inspired by our mushroom discoveries, the children used natural clay and sticks to create their very own mushrooms. They carefully shaped, decorated, and baked their creations, adding colours to create a beautiful collection of forest-inspired artworks.

We also revisited the story of Rubi the Mushroom, reinforcing two important mushroom safety rules:
πŸ„ Don't pick me.
πŸ„ Don't lick me

The children confidently recalled these important messages and shared their understanding of how we can safely enjoy mushrooms in nature. 🌿

"Observe and listen to children, because when they ask 'why?', they are not simply asking for the answer from you. They're requesting the courage to find a collection of possible answers." 🧠 β€” Loris Malaguzzi
