Creating and presenting engaging, entertaining and educational science shows and hands-on workshops in Canberra and globally - school visits, birthday parties, special/major events We provide science shows that engage the brain and the beating thing in your chest... they're entertaining, scientifically sound, educational, and safe but exciting. They'll leave you with a smile on your face and a greater appreciation of the science in your daily life. We can come to schools, community and corporate events, festivals and almost anywhere else, in Australia or overseas. We also provide science centre consultancy and staff training, teacher workshops, and other bespoke science communication services. We have a penchant for the unusual, so if you have a special request – just try us – as we’re versatile when it comes to meeting your needs. Science ShowOffs principal ShowOff, Dr Graham Walker, has performed shows around the world for the past 14 years. He is one of two science show performers in the world who hold a PhD in the area.

Absolute pleasure to be part of the Africa Science Buskers Festival last week - congrats to the organising team and, most of all, the student entrants. Huge thanks to Australian Embassy, Zimbabwe for making my involvement possible and getting behind this inspiring initiative. As Ambassador Perera says, science brings us together!

Through my role at the ANU Centre for the Public Awareness of Science CPAS we've partnered with Knowledge Chikundi and his team for over 10 years now. It is wonderful to see the continued growth and impact - they truly are life changing programs for Zimbabwean youth... and long may it be!

Fellow show presenters, get involved in science show research!

Dear Science Show Presenters!

As you know, audiences may experience many emotions while watching a science show. This study explores the emotions that presenters want audiences to experience when they present science shows.

If you are a science show presenter and you are over 18 years old, please take part in this short survey [before 28 Feb 2026]. Please only complete the survey once (even if you receive it through different channels). It should take no longer than 5-7 minutes to complete. Please feel free to share this link with other science show presenters that you know.
