If you are thinking “that is just another crutch” you can f**k right off my feed right now 👋🏼
Crutches allow people to get around when they otherwise couldn’t. They allow rehabilitation, strength building, and experience. “Crutch” is not a dirty word. Neither is “prop” or “wall”. Some people will never get an unassisted handstand. And guess what.....who the f**k cares ...IT IS OK to do your handstands next to the wall, or using a prop. Maybe one day you won’t need it. Alternatively one you may be thankful you can get upside-down at all.... however that happens.

I travel. A lot. I love it (because it takes me to many and varied opportunities). But it takes me away from my routine. A lot.
I always do some yoga, some movement. I was doing my awkward, uncoordinated move-&-stretch this morning before heading off to meetings and I realised that this is normal for me. This is my routine when I am away. So no photos of 🤣🤣 because not photo-appropriate in a dress, but here is some dress-&-wedges
