I’m a patient, approachable, and positive driving instructor who believes learning to drive should be both effective and enjoyable. I aim to create a relaxed environment where you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.

I became a driving instructor because I’m passionate about helping new drivers build strong, safe habits from the very beginning—like using indicators properly and keeping left. My goal is to make sure these skills don’t just help you pass your test, but stay with you every time you’re on the road.

My teaching style blends structure with humour. I believe that if you’re laughing while you’re learning, you’ll retain the information better. When we connect lessons to positive emotions, it makes those skills easier to remember and apply in real driving situations.

There’s a method to my madness—and a bit of madness to my method—but everything I do is designed to make lessons memorable, practical, and tailored to you.

🐢 Are there any laws against driving too slowly?

While getting stuck behind a slower driver can be frustrating, it's important to remember that there are valid reasons for driving below the speed limit, such as poor weather, road hazards or other conditions that make it unsafe.

However, a driver mustn't unreasonably obstruct the path of another driver or pedestrian. A driver isn't considered to be obstructing traffic unless they're travelling abnormally slowly for the circumstances.

One example given in the road rules is a driver travelling at 20 km/h on a road with an 80 km/h speed limit when there's no valid reason to be driving that slowly. 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴!
