Yesterday at our Athletics Carnival, we proudly unveiled our new House Crests!

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing the meaning and symbolism behind each crest.

A big thank you to Mr Graeber and Mrs Charles for their creativity and hard work in designing the crests and bringing this project to life.

Our Kindergarten students had a wonderful time on their annual Zoo excursion! 🐾
A big thank you to our fantastic zoo keepers, Andy and Sabrina for leading an engaging and informative tour all about living and non-living things. The students loved the opportunity to learn up close and ask lots of curious questions.
We are so grateful to our parent helpers, Jeremy and Megan for joining us on our adventure and supporting the day. Highlights included getting up close and personal with some snakes and enjoying a fabulous play session at the playground.
A special shout-out to Jeremy and Mrs Fraser for keeping the fun going on the flying foxes; a definite favourite!
What a fantastic day of learning and fun for all!

🎶Story Song Time is our unique Music Playgroup at St. Bede's for children aged 0-5 years old and their carers.
Led by the very talented Veronica Moore, we come together to read stories, sing songs and engage in music and craft activities that nurture well-being, confidence, literacy, numeracy, language development, fine and gross-motor skills and above all joy in music-making.
Children already in our St. Bede's community as well as children in our wider local community are welcome to attend. If you are interested in learning more about St. Bede's, this playgroup is for you!

Over the past 4 weeks, Year 5 and 6 students have been preparing for our school's Rostrum Finals. The finals were held on Monday morning. The eight speeches were amazing!
👏 A huge congratulations to all of our finalists! Our judges had a very difficult time in selecting our overall winner and runner up. Congratulations to Ilaria who won, her speech was titled 'Acronyms' and our runner up Frankie, his speech was titled 'E-Bikes'.

Today we celebrate our patron saint, St Bede, a man of faith, learning, and humility. We are reminded of St Bede’s love of scholarship, encouraging us to approach our learning with curiosity and a commitment to grow.

Our Bush play lunch club gives children the chance to build, create and use their imagination outdoors.

Using pallets, timber and branches, children work together to make their own creations while developing skills through play.
