If you struggle to get it in, try this:
🍌 Add fruit to breakfast (oats, yoghurt, toast toppings)
🫐 Keep washed, cut fruit at eye level in the fridge
🍍 Pair fruit with protein (yoghurt, nuts, cottage cheese)
🍇 Swap sweets for naturally sweet fruit
🥝 Blend it into smoothies

Fruit = fibre, vitamins, hydration and natural energy — all supporting better digestion, immunity and overall health.
