What a Journey ❤️

I honestly don’t have the words to fully capture how incredible this trip was. It was more epic, more challenging, and more beautiful than I ever imagined. Every single day brought something new – a new view, a new adventure, a new moment of awe. And I loved every single second of it.

But the real magic of this journey was the people – and I have so many to thank.

💙 First and always, my gorgeous family. Your love and support mean everything. Nothing is ever a drama, you’re always behind me 100%, and I couldn’t do any of this without you.

💪 To my amazing gym crew – Lauren’s Body Pump Legends – you got me strong, physically and mentally. Every session paid off up there in the mountains. Thank you for pushing me.

🐐 The Bald Yaks – Oli, Mick, Andrei – what a team. What an absolute honour to share this with you. We laughed, suffered, and triumphed together. We’re forever connected now. Love you boys.

Our biggest hike for the trip 21kms Namchee to Lukla, and we have officially had it all, and hiked in the rain. Finished the day with a celebration dinner with our whole team. Enjoy the video.
