Coach Matt has been posting judo videos on YouTube since 2009. He is one of the original judo YouTubers. At the moment he has over 1000 videos on his channel with a total watch time of over 65 years!!

“Team work makes the dream work”

Over the weekend we had a heap of athletes compete at the national championships. It was an awesome weekend and BGC did so well.

However their good results was a result of the great training culture made by the training partners, coaches and support team of the BGC people.

So a big thanks to BGC coaches, ACT coaches and parents to help make the training great.

This year in particular a big thanks to Nikoloz, Kosta and his students for sharpening the comp team in prep for this event.

We all have a lot to work on, so see you on the mat this week!
