A tricky term but a wonderful one! We had our NAIDOC celebrations with some amazing guests like Aunty Violet, Richie Allan and some superstar Brumbies players.
We have loved Buri Connect and cannot wait to see it return.

It is finally spring and daylight savings is around the corner so sunshine will be a plenty! Although these are tricky times, I want to shout out the Learning Coaches and superstar children but also the deadly families!

With this, I do have some news. I will not be returning in Term 4 as I have been offered a brand new position! This is exciting for me but bitter sweet because I will miss our beautiful Buri's smiling faces!

I am always around though and will be visiting as much as I can!

Stay safe, stay healthy and stay deadly!

Love Tik xx

Today and everyday is an opportunity for family, friends, neighbours, team mates, work colleagues and many more to connect, start a (Covid safe) conversation and make a promise to be there for each other more often! The best thing we can do is to continue to be there for our community!

So I’m checking in R U OK? πŸ’›

We miss you plenty!

P.S.
Happy birthday to our wonderful Noah today! 🐝

Our Buri connect kids had a great time with our special visitors! We definitely have some rising footy stars amongst us!

Although, I am a league girl through and through! It was a great time together!

Thanks to the Niki Paterson one of the Brumbies women’s players and also a beautiful First Nations educator for organising this for us.

We started our NAIDOC celebrations off yesterday with a beautiful Welcome to Country by Aunty Violet and smoking ceremony by Richie Allan.

So grateful to be on Ngunnawal Country.

We are super pumped for our Brumbies visit today!

Hey you mob! Here is the MHS NAIDOC schedule for our celebrations next week. We would love to see as many of our amazing families come along as possible!

You should have received a invitation from your jarjums to come along to the welcome and smoking ceremony to start the week off.

Super keen.
