09/01/2025
I started 2024 in the best shape and health I’ve been in for 15 years, while simultaneously facing some big wounds and receiving unexpected recognition, invitations and generosity.
There were times during the year where I really felt like I was failing in every area of life, but I also had some of the most exciting and fulfilling highs I’ve had in years. Looking back and seeing it all in its entirety was the only way I could comprehend what a wildly successful year it was. I’d go so far to say it was one of the best years of this chapter of my life, full of unforgettable events and memories and many breakthroughs personally and professionally!
Throughout the year I paid close attention to my own cycle and the lunar cycle and I really felt the impact of the eclipse seasons. April, September, October and November were challenging months for me energetically and emotionally. February, March and May were highlight months.
Between April and June I did a lot of work on my relationship with money and future visions for our family and businesses. Some of this work manifested almost immediately, but it wasn’t fully apparent until the end of the year when we looked back at everything.
I did more overseas travel than I’ve ever done before, including 5 overseas trips to Mexico, Japan, Portugal and twice to the USA.
I invested 10K+ in my own personal and professional growth and development including an incredible online business course, a live business conference, astrology support, energy work, therapy, Kindrêd retreats, and many online classes with educators I love and respect.
On the family front, it was a mix as always with my youngest having 3 bouts of croup (including two hospital admissions) being officially diagnosed with ADHD and on the positive front overcoming a lot of his fears. My eldest completed year 11 and got an awesome part-time job.
I gave myself the gift of spending several hours reviewing my year with my own (new) process and it was such a gratifying, validating and liberating thing to do. Leave me a comment below if you’d like to know more about how I did it.
