Come if you can and be inspired by a wonderful ensemble!
The moment you realise there are only two shows left of Matilda: The Musical and you haven't bought tickets yet...
There are still a few tickets left for the 2pm and 7pm shows, with tickets available at the door or through stagecenta.com
This cast and crew are doing amazing things and deserve all the audience they can get - but more importantly, you deserve to see it!
See you in the foyer!
ACTDA Meeting – Tuesday 21 June, 4.30pm for 5pm start, Canberra Theatre Boardroom.
Sadly, the future of ACTDA must be decided at next week’s meeting. For ACT Drama teachers to continue to have a voice on a national scale, show your support and commit to an ACTDA revival. Committee positions are available.
Tea, coffee, and biscuits kindly provided by Canberra Theatre. Join the networking opportunity and attend next week’s meeting.
ACTDA NEEDS YOU! Confirm your attendance next week by commenting. Spread the word to your Drama colleagues. See you there.

Vale Sir Ken Robinson a man that understood the importance of creativity and the arts 🎭 Thank you for making your mark!
RIP to Sir Ken Robinson, an eloquent and indefatigable defender of the role of the arts and creativity in education. His TED talks made him world-famous—his presentation called "Do schools kill creativity?" remains the most popular TED talk of all time—and he wrote widely, including major books on creativity in 2001 and 2015. Robinson was knighted in 2003 for his distinguished career in service to the arts.
He was a staunch critic of standardized tests and compliance-based classrooms, and an unapologetic champion of every kind of creative endeavor—from theater, to music, film, painting, dance, and everything in between. He died yesterday after a brief battle with cancer. His voice will be greatly missed.
