In the middle of these times I looked pregnant after a pregnancy.

Where those brief but dangerous appetites come from is a mystery.

The goal is not to be slim or big.It’s the stubborn fat at wrong places we all silently admit we don’t like.Thus,we add,reduce,adjust and rebuild accordingly.
