This AILA FRESH workshop is back by popular demand and open to all disciplines. We have invited some experts in to share their advice on all things panels and pinups. Please bring along your laptop and join us in the landscape studio on 9th October for valuable advice on how you can improve your designs. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

Last Night at the University of Canberra, AILA fresh ACT hosted a “How can I best represent my design session” where students could chat to professionals in the industry about their current uni work and seek advice on how to strengthen all aspects of their assignments. From learning new skills in autocadd, Photoshop and QGIS to learning how present their panels graphically and verbally.

Recently, AILA ACT Fresh partnered with the ACT Government to attend the UC Senior College Lake Ginninderra Careers Market.

Thanks to this event, we showed students how broad and impactful this profession can be. Hopefully, someone was inspired to consider landscape architecture as a future career path!

Landscaping Architecture students from second year to honours year studio are having a post studio exhibition displaying their work for the semester. What a year it’s been! From studio tours with Transport Canberra and City Services and the City Renewal Authority to the super fun “Become a Landscape Architect” workshop at Canberra Grammar School, we’ve had such a blast connecting with so many of you.
