Let's go!

So I will put my hand up πŸ‘‹πŸ». I may have forgotten to record some more videos, but in my defence I was trying to run with everyone in the group spread out over countless 400m repeats.

That also sums up the session, today's session was 400m repeats with a recovery zone at either end. One of the 400s had a slight climb, which meant the return had a lovely downhill descent. We went by time this morning, 30-40 minutes which made it slightly harder to manage the session as fatigue set in.

Pleased to say that everyone did an amazing job! Great solid efforts all round! β€οΈπŸ’›πŸ’š

There will be moments in training where your legs are tired, your mind is full of doubt and stopping feels like the easiest option. Those are the moments that shape you the most. Every time you choose to take one more step, you're not just building fitnessβ€”you're building resilience, confidence and the belief that you can overcome challenges both on the road and in life. β€οΈπŸ’›πŸ’š

Not a huge weekend wrap today, so if you ran somewhere, did something amazing or ran an event please share in the comments below πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Saturday saw the crew head to Point Hut Parkrun. A great little turnout with the winter coldness still in full flow. Well done to everyone who got out and ran.

Today Kat and I went to Legoland. Legoland can be reached from the honeysuckle carpark in Namadgi. From there it's a 5km run with 400m plus vert of climbing to be rewarded with one of the most spectacular adult play grounds.

The climbs are all on a fire trail, but it breaks off to a single path to Legoland itself. Here the rock formations are just awesome, so once we arrived we saved our run, switched to walk (aka be big kids and climb on everything without adult supervision) and then when we were content embraced a wonderful 5km of mostly downhill running fun.

Here's the video, but we will post some pictures later β€οΈπŸ’›πŸ’š

Big goals are rarely achieved through one extraordinary effort. They're built through the small decisions made every dayβ€”showing up, being consistent and doing the basics well, even when they don't feel exciting. Over time, those little things become the foundation for something truly remarkable.
