๐โจYesterday our school joined in , sharing the joy of reading with students around Australia. National Simultaneous Storytime celebrates how stories bring us together, even in the unique setting of our Hospital School.
Sharing quality literature helps us spark imagination and create wonderful moments of connection for our students. We loved being part of this nationwide event and inspiring a love of reading wherever learning happens.๐๐

โจ๐Today we are farewelling Lucy, one of our wonderful nurses who has been an incredible support to our Hospital School. From joining in lessons with students and engaging in meaningful discussions about learning to making a memorable cameo in our 2024 FilmBy submission, Lucyโs contributions have truly made a difference.

๐ Learning happens everywhere at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital School!
Stage 2 student, Max, explored geometric measurement by estimating and measuring objects using a variety of units and tools. Through explicit teaching, we used our unique environment to bring these concepts to life. Even Max's mum, his nurse and doctor joined in, showing that learning truly is a team effort!
