Having cancer and young children: A mother's advice Sandra was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer in January 2011. Prior to her diagnosis, she was a young mother and scientist living in Chicago. She is now in pursuit of a new identity with the aid of her two young children.

We are interested in hearing from mothers, over the age of 18, who have received a cancer diagnosis and who had a dependent child (18 years and under) at the time of their cancer.
