Working on mesh for Kitchen project.

It's been a busy whirlwind first half of the year, with not a lot of downtime for me. I am sure it has been the same for many.

In the second half of the year, I am making more time for my Love Letters coaching sessions. (Mosaics and Coaching are my passions). The first session will be in August - with the date to be announced shortly. Very small group sessions are held online via Zoom. This makes it really easy to take part in a session and not be overwhelmed by large groups. The first session will be held on a Saturday and then one in the evening, during the week.

The Love Letters Session is a very tactile hands-on session. In this particular session we take the opportunity to release some of our fear and many of the value judgements that we impose on our emotions.

I don't know about you, but with so much change and upheaval in the world, it's not easy to find that anchor that once offered certainty. So much of what was a sure thing is not so sure - whether on a personal or collective front. The anchor now might not be such a consistent and reliable source. With this uncertainty, it's only natural to go into fear The only problem is - fear begets more fear - and when you are in fear , higher choices are not always made.

Where do you go for that source of certainty? From experience, it is always within. No matter how corny that sounds, there is so much truth to it. Within, there is a source which is calm and knowing. This is easier said than done, I know. My coaching sessions offer support through strategies, guidance and activities to help you access this calm and knowing within. The Love Letters Session is part of that support.

The Love Letters Session is one session of a larger programme but it is a stand-alone and invaluable session it its own right. You can do this one sample session and that could be enough - or it could whet your appetite and if so, then there is more available on offer.

This beautiful mosaic piece was created by Deb McBride at one of my recent mosaic workshops The Creative Fringe.

My mosaic mirror all grouted. Just needs a polish and will be ready to be hung.
