As part of our HPGE groups for 2026, we have launched a small LEGO group and the enthusiasm from students to attend has been incredible.

Creativity runs wild during these sessions, with students designing, building, problem-solving and collaborating in exciting ways. The level of engagement has been outstanding, and it has been wonderful to see imaginations come to life through hands-on learning.

On Friday, our school held a K–12 ANZAC Day assembly to commemorate the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

The assembly was respectfully led by our School Captains, followed by the laying of wreaths. We also observed the tradition of lowering the flag to half-mast as a mark of remembrance.

🏆✨ Today we celebrated our PBL Term 1 Award winners with a special morning tea with the Principal!

Students enjoyed their time together, complete with hot chips and/or a choice of sensory prizes, along with receiving their certificates. 🎉

With a Rainbow Disco theme chosen by our students, the day was an absolute hit! 🕺💃 There were some fantastic dancing skills on display and plenty of smiles all around.

Such a fun and well-deserved celebration to wrap up the term! 🌈🎶

🐰🌸 What a magical start to the day! Our students were greeted off the bus this morning by a very special visitor… the Easter Bunny! 🐣💛

Smiles, waves, and a whole lot of excitement made for a beautiful start to the day. We love creating these joyful moments for our students! 🌈

On Wednesday Gawura Class participated in an excursion to Sydney City via school bus, with a lunch stop at McDonald’s!

This excursion was designed to support the Key Learning Areas of English and PDHPE. The students have been reading 'A Bag and a Bird' by Pamela Allen, which is set in Sydney. During the excursion, students took part in a Scavenger Hunt while remaining on the bus and then stopped at McDonald's St. Peters, where they worked on their communication and money handling skills to purchase a meal.

All students displayed commendable positive behaviour throughout and shared wonderful memories together!
