A huge congratulations to our very own trailblazer in the collision industry, Caitlin Fraser!

Caitlin, a Certificate III Apprentice in Automotive Refinishing Technology (AUR32420) at TAFE NSW Campbelltown, has proudly taken home the prestigious Women In Collision Award 2026 — an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to her dedication and skill.

At just 18 years old, Caitlin carved her own path in a crew of 60, where she was the only woman. Her resilience, precision, and exceptional eye for detail have not only set her up for personal success but have also opened doors for her to inspire the next generation. As a mentor to high school students attending TAFE NSW Campbelltown, Caitlin is already shaping the future of the industry.

We couldn’t be prouder of Caitlin. Her achievement reflects not only her determination, but also the strength of our Paint and Panel teaching team here at Campbelltown — where passionate educators and ambitious students come together to build careers, break barriers, and create industries where women thrive.
