It is with a tinge of sadness that we share the news that Snapology of Camden will be closing its doors and moving to a mobile operation for the foreseeable future.
We have spent two and a half wonderful years in our space. In that time, we’ve met so many incredible people, made lifelong friends, educated over 450 young Snapologists, hosted 63 birthday parties, seen thousands of unique creations built with our bricks, and—most importantly—watched families find a safe, inclusive space to learn, play, and belong. It has truly been an unforgettable journey.
However, the time has come for us to consolidate the business so that we can weather the changing financial tides and ensure Snapology can continue in a sustainable way.
We want to sincerely thank all our customers, friends, and family for your support, kindness, encouragement, and good humour over the years. You have made this experience what it is.
Pictured here is Jane and myself at our final session with customers 001 and 002 (plus a few extra family members for good measure). Massimo and Aaric have been with us since the very beginning, and their families have become an extension of our own. We are incredibly proud of these two young lads and the way they’ve grown over the past two years.
Also pictured is our space just before our final party, held on Monday. Francesco had the honour of signing the last brick on our wall. Every child who celebrated a party with us signed that wall, along with a few extra names of people who helped us along the way. Our parties have been a huge source of joy and pride—opening up our second home so others could feel a sense of belonging, while kids were free to be both creative and energetic, has been something truly special.
We are not going away—just taking a short break. We won’t be running Summer Camps this year, but you will absolutely still see us around.
