Hi all I hope you all are coping with the silly season. I know it is in full swing because I have a very mischievous elf at my place.

From the team behind the Sunshine Coast Beach Party, we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, hope Santa brings you some very nice and cool caching toys.

We would also like to ask if you are at all thinking of attending the event please place a will attend. It would be a great Christmas present for us to reach the 300 will attends. It will also guarantee the event will happen in 2025, I think we are just 40 short at the moment.

Were you aware that Cully Long, the author of the Puzzle bible that most of us have or use, will be attending the event. He has offered to give up some time to chat on all things puzzles and I believe some new topics

So a Big congratulations to Angus Bell aka Brain, who was our puzzle winner. He came back with an answer in, well, let’s say it was well under 2 minutes. Your prize is on it’s way, look out for it in the post. Thanks to all who entered.

YES, the secret is out; Cully Long will be visiting Australia and better than that he’s coming to the Sunshine Coast Beach Party event.

We are so excited to have the puzzle man attend. He has even offered to do a talk session, how can I say no. His new topic is 'not just about puzzles' and it does sound very interesting.

If you have a copy of his book, bring it along and maybe we can get him to sign it for you. We will have a few copies of his book on sale on the day.

Shirts: If you are still thinking about buying a shirt before the price rise, a reminder, Saturday (16th Nov) at 5pm Brisbane time is cut off day, to place your order. Thanks to the 45 + people who have already bought and received shirts.

Golden Dinner: tickets have been selling well, with just I think 30 left of the specials.

Supporter Packs: We have been working hard on getting these together and I think you will be very surprised with the price and content when they come out.

What an amazing response we have had from people regarding the Beach Party Event. At last look we had 113 will attend, thank you and please keep getting the word out there, 300 is the magic figure.

While the shop is open, shirts and the dinner tickets have been selling well. Just a reminder to get your order in now and before Nov. 15, if you would like your shirt before Christmas. This is a special order so get in now before the price goes up.

The pathtags are a great set that show off the fun things available in the sunshine coast region. We will be unlocking those once they come back from the production team and they are set to print. The Geocoin is ready, however we are going to do something special. IF, we get to Block Party status, the coin will read... Sunshine Coast Block Party 2025.

The event line up for the day is looking good and we have had confirmation on a couple of event types, we will let you know more soon. Oh our special guest is now 75% locked in and when we get to 100% we will make the announcement.

Book Now: The accommodation places are suggesting to look at booking now. The caravan sites have taken a couple of bookings already and are keen to help you out. I was told a few people have booked an Airbnb place already. Unfortunately, the date sees us fighting with the last few days of school holidays and a long weekend and places book up quick.
