This week (Monday and Wednesday kids and adult classes) we're working on take down defense. We'll explore how footwork, stances and frames - all found in our kata - act as effective tools to keep us on our feet during a confrontation.

This was such a great event! Big thanks to Sensei Ed and the West Moreton Academy of Martial Arts (WAMA) team for all your planning. And a huge thank you to Sensei's Joe and DJ for their skill, knowledge and leadership!

The 2026 Queensland Gasshuku is done and dusted! Thank you to everyone who attended and support this event! It was a fantastic day and full of energy!
