Do something for you this World Mental Health Day.
Take 30 minutes out of your day today to do something that will help you to feel better. Maybe go for a run, go to the gym, Pilates session or maybe meditate. And if you’re struggling, talk to somebody, even for 5 minutes, about how you’re feeling.
The best thing we can do to support our own and others’ mental health is to keep talking about - and prioritising - our mental health.
