Hi 👋 Just letting you know, I have overnight care vacancies on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. School aged children, up to 12 years of age.

1 vacancy during the day for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday available, for a non-school aged child.

Please register your interest by phoning 0436 118228 for a tour.

There is currently a limited number of places for overnight care.

Child Care Subsidy and ACCS are available, as per Services Australia eligibility criteria.

Good Morning everyone😀
If you haven't heard, Alecia's Family Day Care is closing down. We are relocating back to Adelaide. I am going to be a grandparent for the second time soon. I cannot wait!!

As such, please sing out if you need any toys or resources, as it all has to go. We will be having a massive garage sale on 10th of August, 2024. Please feel free to pop in, as every will be going very cheap or free :)

27th - 3rd June Reconciliation Week

"What is National Reconciliation Week?
The dates for NRW remain the same each year; 27 May to 3 June. These dates commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey— the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision respectively.

Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as we move forward, creating a nation strengthened by respectful relationships between the wider Australian community, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We all have a role to play when it comes to reconciliation, and in playing our part we collectively build relationships and communities that value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and futures" (Reconciliation Australia, 2024).

National Sorry Day 2024
Today acknowledges the suffering and injustices of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people that, suffered the inhumane effects of government policies and forcible removal of family members. Sorry.

I pray for the individual healing, partition and the future of all Australian Indigenous people, families and children.
