Our centres recently came together for two inspiring days of professional development with Pathways to Resilience – Wings to Fly.
Our staff explored the science behind the brain, early years neural pathway development, and the vital role we play in creating safe, nurturing environments where children can feel secure, connect, learn and thrive.
This professional development deepened our understanding of neuroscience and provided practical, effective strategies for co-regulation, supporting children to develop the skills they need to regulate themselves and navigate big emotions.
A huge thank you to Tegan from Pathways to Resilience for sharing your knowledge, expertise and passion with our teams. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue growing our practice and strengthening the way we support the children in our care. đź’›
