In Semester 3 & 4 of Kindermusik for the Young Child, 5 & 6yo’s learn to play the dulcimer, a simple 2 stringed instrument, a good fundamental skill for violin and other string instruments later in their musical career. In Kindermusik, we learn songs within a child’s natural “head voice”, that use patterns (intervals and scales) they will use during their entire musical life.
