Ok it is time to explain a few things here :) People wonder... if I have esoteric knowledge in regards to alchemy, why am I dying of a terminal illness :) because that is the Natural Order Of Things! Do you think it is natural for humans to live forever but everything else is created, lives and dies in harmony with nature.... why would humans be any different in this Universal cycle of one thing into another? Now let me travel your understandings for a second and reflect upon the greater and the lesser.... The spirit is always the macro and the physical is always the micro.... So lets now reflect upon the stone of the wise.... which is most sort after by the alchemist, the physical stone of matter or the spiritual stone of light? When you can understand this then will you Understand the differences between the stone of the wise and spiritual alchemy.... Spiritual alchemy is the GREAT WORK and the stone of the wise in matter is only the WORK..... Most alchemist prefer to die the natural death.... because they know the truth :) So do not question my decision to die a mortal death.... I have no desires to prolong my life, I know the higher truths upon which my spirit will abide within....

Normally I teach the old traditional principles of alchemy but here is the new age hippy version if this is what you prefer :D

well here is a photo of the oil(sulphur new way) or mercury passive the old way uniting with the calcined ash (salt new way) Sulphur passive the old way..... Does not matter what we call it the reaction happening is the same.... the oil gets absorbed no matter what we call it. :) once the calcined ash can take no more oil.... then will i separate it again and proceed with the next stage of turning it into a elixir :) just to remind people this is only the philosophical stone in the veggie kingdom. The philosophers stone in the metallic kingdom different.... yet still the same. What you can create in one kingdom you can create in all kingdoms! :) I am so happy..... (ty little bear for taking the pics for me :D )

If ever a alchemical symbol will apply ;)

Some will strongly disagree with this and that is ok 🙂 I not trying to push this understanding down any ones throat. We all can believe what we wish to believe. You do not need to agree, this is only what I have come to Understand.... So that said let me explain what I have been taught of the elements and the symbols associated to them. Firstly the symbols of air and water are not assigned to the correct elements. These symbols were translated wrong.

There are two elements that ascend and are pure in nature.
Air & Fire

There are two elements that descend and are impure in nature.
Earth & Water

From this understanding the triangles ascending were assigned to Air and Fire and the triangles descending to Earth and Water. But this ascension was in regards to the natures of the elements being of a pure state not the symbols assigned to them. Air and fire are assigned the pure triangles(they ascend in purity) and Earth and Water are assigned the impure triangles(they descend in impurity).
Now as for opposites.... According to the elements there is no unity of true opposites, like opposites unite but true opposites will clash a violent struggle until one element will turn the other element. My meaning here is fire will NOT unite with water. When fire and water come together, either the fire is dominate over the water turning the water into a air or the water is dominate over the fire turning the fire into earth. This same applies to air and earth respectively.... when air and earth come together, either the air is dominate over the earth turning the earth into a fire or the earth is dominate over the air turning the air into a water. Only LIKE opposites will unite together.

Hot=Fire
Dry=Earth
Cold=Water
Moist=Air

Fire is HOT&DRY(Fire+Earth)
Earth is DRY&COLD(Earth+Water)
Water is COLD&MOIST(Water+Air)
Air is MOIST&HOT(Air+Water)

So the symbols teach that when opposites come together it will turn the triangle to a like opposite in order for it to unite together.... Each of these unities creates a hexagram when the symbols are Fire and Earth unite forming a hexagram, Earth and Water unite forming a hexagram, Water and Air unite forming a hexagram, and Air and fire unite to form a hexagram. True opposites do not unite and will not form a hexagram. As stated they will clash one turning the other depending on which is dominate. But to put this puppy to bed lets look at this logically. Fire is summer and water is winter as earth is autumn and air is spring. Now if summer is fire and winter is water(being opposites and all) How can they ever unite? The seasons need to pass through either autumn or spring to unite summer and winter 🙂 So this understanding of uniting true opposites is not correct according to the natural order of things. Any way I include some other templates to express the reasoning's as to why the elements are assigned this way. And yes tradition has it the other way around.... maybe tradition got it wrong.... that is always a option here.
