We are closed for the Easter long weekend.
Wishing everyone a well-deserved break.
No Krav Maga or Muay Thai classes Friday and Monday.

Congratulations to all the juniors who graded on Thursday.

most people think expertise looks like more effort. more focus. more intensity. more thinking. but brain imaging shows the opposite. when someone is still learning, the brain is loud. lots of supervision. lots of correction. lots of noise. as skill develops, that noise drops out. not because the brain switches off, but because it learns what to ignore. experts don’t use more brain. they use it better. the quieter brain isn’t lazy. it’s efficient.
