Students from Jubilee Christian College's year 5 class learned valuable lessons about teamwork, learning from mistakes, and embracing individual strengths during an Adventure Based Learning day delivered by Stand Firm Adventures.
Some comments from students were:

Pushing Our Luck Great Wheelbarrow Race team experienced an unforgettable team building adventure with Stand Firm Adventures. The team worked together to complete multiple activities while canoeing around Lake Tinaroo.
The team committed to these values:

Stand Firm Adventures delivered a climbing and orienteering day with the year 6 class at Jubilee Christian College.
Student comments at the end included:
- "I saw others having a go at the climbing, and it gave me the confidence to have a go myself."
- "I learnt that if I persist and don't give up I'll achieve what I've been aiming for."
- "I had a second and third go at the climb because I was determined to get to the top and I did."

Stand Firm Adventures led a fun climbing session as part of the youth camp for the Lakes Church. A couple of hours of climbing, team work, navigating the cave, and working through fears, was an enjoyable and beneficial time for all who participated.

Stand Firm ran one of our iconic family adventures a few weeks ago. We received some lovely feedback from our clients. “We had such a brilliant day! It inspired so much connection and conversation and talking through memories…I think it was really great for everyone to see we can get out and do fun adventures together more easily.

Stand Firm Adventures supported Jubilee Christian College to run a three day Junior high Camp. With a fun mix of high ropes, low ropes, canoeing, orienteering, and short reflections, the group had a great time. We focused on the Jubilee school values in the discussion times-valuing each other, valuing what God values, valuing talents given to us by God, and valuing Jubilee College and its community.

Stand Firm Adventures supported Rock Impact with their Strengths program, a Father and kids climbing and caving adventure. Strengths supports Fathers and Kids in their relationships and journey through childhood/parenting.

Senior camp with Jubilee Christian College at the Northern Outlook. Participants had a great time learning how to be an effective leader in all situations. Amid the fun of low ropes, indoor rock climbing, high ropes and swimming, participants had the opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a leader, and what types of leaders there are.

Junior camp at Barabadeen were focusing on adventure, teamwork and lots of fun. Over three days we covered raft building, canoeing, amazing race, hiking and general campsite skills.
