Congratulations to all our competitors yesterday. What a wonderful day of Physie at Ascot Interclub.

Physie brings so many different reasons to enjoy performing, from our pre-schoolers right through to our amazing Ladies sections.

Now it is time to re-energise for our QLD Zone competitions back in Brisbane in just a few weeks!

MEET AMELIA 💚✨

Physie has been part of Amelia's life since 2020, and she's now in her sixth year.

Amelia loves the friendships, laughter and support shared each week, as well as the moment just before marching onto the competition floor with her teammates - the nerves and excitement all wrapped up together.

Her favourite part of class is the warm-up, and if you hand her a microphone, she'll be belting out "I Will Survive" because she's a disco queen at heart! 🪩
