Belief is so important. It’s one of the highest internals points for creation and therefore a transformation tool if we bring deep awareness to our belief systems.

Focusing on the future and missing the moment, now, is an escape tool.

So enjoy the present!

I am grateful for all that my life is right now, in this moment. Gratitude practice become direct experience of living a life of appreciation of the now.

In saying that, I’m still calling forth more good as I grow, explore and discover more of my self and living out my purpose.

𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙄 𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙…

When I’m on purpose and I’m the flow, I could be in it for hours. I forget to eat (thanks for making sure I am nourished in theses moments ) and to take breaks and recalibrate.

Whilst this is productive, it’s also not a balanced way to live and this pattern has led me to burn out a few times in my life.

Working for myself means I have no boss telling me to stop and start and it’s up to me to regulate the doing/action and rest.

Sure, I have all the freedom to work around my kids and family time, so school trips and play is easy, however it’s those moments in between when I’m in work mode that I hit the tarmac and give it 100 with extra gas.

This month I’ve helped facilitate a retreat, event managed an upcoming 2 day workshop, began my podcast journey, published lessons for my online course and coached people from around the world get clearer on their career and financial goals. Oh, and went away for a wedding!

I’ve loved every minute of it.

The creativity, the helping, the momentum toward my own life goals. That’s why I’m prone to pushing it but I don’t realise because it’s fun, all consuming.

This weekend, I woke with a tickle in my throat. I’ve managed to dodge it from my kids and partner all week but alas, it floored me into bed yesterday. Another slow day today. The letting go of all the beautiful events I had planned to see my special community…to rest.

This is the lesson for me. Listen more deeply to my body and when I am tired before I am exhausted! To come back to my restorative practices like yoga, grounding, water painting and sleeping!

If you know me you’ll know that I’m all about thriving and that means across all 8 forms of wealth.

This means financial wealth is 1/8th of all forms and ways to Thrive; to flourish and prosper.

We can prosper spiritually, intellectually, in relationships, in our surroundings (home and garden), culturally, experientially (skills), in health and $ wealth!

𝙊𝙬𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙮!

I once had a business that owned me…it worked me, I was under the pump and had very little work life balance. My words were “I ain’t got time for that!”.

Yes, I was passionate about what I did and loved my clientele, however I spent so much time establishing the moving parts that I lost sight and time to do what made me happy.

Burnt out, I went seeking a better way. As a designer at heart, I knew I could design my lifestyle but needed the right elements to do so.

💻So when I found the simplicity of online business with digital products aka personal development programs and the portability of doing biz from anywhere, I got excited.

🌎Now I’m part of an incredible global community of entrepreneurs and coaches assisting people to set up successful online businesses for work life balance. Woo hoo!

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 already enough!

These words really struck a cord with me a few years ago when I was struggling with my previous business.

I was midst a mentorship and getting to the core of my ‘why’ for showing up each day and clear on what was working as what wasn't.

There was certainly aspects that were beyond my control...to say the least.

Deep down, I was giving it my everything, yet it was stressful.

I was in a dynamic that led me to feel that I wasn't good enough, and if I try harder, give more, things would get better.

They did eventually! ONLY, when I outgrew that scenario.

I connected to what brings me joy and redesigned that core belief into “I am enough, worthy, able and willing to grow into my true self.”

Voila! It did require me to let go of certain people in my life, to change my business model to have more autonomy, and have a reliable team in whom I love working with.

Oh the grace and the ease!

So...if you need to read this now, here it is, for you...

Breathe it in, tap it onto your body as you say out loud or in front of a mirror...

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝! 𝙅𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜.

…to love. The highs, the lows, the growth of being in a relationship with strong intentions and honouring each other’s edges and comfort zones.

To giving and receiving.

To dancing and tripping and shuffling in a grove.

To children and house builds and businesses and breakups.

To dreams and shared visions, joys and tears.

To smiles and frowns and ups and downs.

To death and creation, letting go and new beginnings.

To coming back to self fully and communing in intimacy, sovereign and sacred.

To align once again to love and walking our path, side by side, lifting each other up if wobbly at times.

To a decade of becoming. Stronger than ever ❤️

ᕙ༼*◕_◕*༽ᕤ 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 create 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 ground, breath, visualise and see your dreams, your goals, your purpose unfold in your minds eye…

…to feel it. To Imagine it, with all your senses…

What does it looks like, can you make it high definition, ramp up the contrast, brighten it and add some sparkles?

What does it sound like? What are you doing, do you see it through your eyes or are you watching yourself from afar, in the experience?

We all create from the dream time. This practice helps bring our future self closer, gives us insights here and now to take action and propel momentum, to lean in with creation energy, because we are connected to it more fully, whole body, all cells…calling it in!

I am amazed as I watch my life unfold with this, the manifestation of being, doing and having.

So far from where I’ve been to loving my life so deeply now.

I love this part of the world…my home!

I’ve lived in Townsville, Melbourne, Brisbane and Jindabyne in between backpacking travels and living on a boat for about 2 years…and Cairns/Kuranda is where it’s at!

The rainforest meets the sea, we have amazing tropical fruits, the coral reef and volcanic soils of the tablelands.

Most of all, I love the people and lifestyle. Easy, green, grounded and outdoors!

Where’s your favourite place on this amazing earth?

Are your on purpose? Generating a spiral of abundance in your life?

Equally, just ‘being’ is also important. Allowing moments of not-doing to create spaciousness, connect to source and receive.

To regenerate by both giving and receiving, doing and resting, pushing and allowing…is drawing upon the dance and gifts of life and personal energy.

Most importantly, if whatever you are doing or being isn’t done with love…what are you creating?

Wake up and make a plan…set your intentions with 💕!
