Business is picking up and we now have an opening for a new Front of House Superstar!!

The right person will be an experienced, confident, charismatic ALL ROUNDER who will excel both in the bar making our divine cocktails and on the floor providing our customers with exceptional dining experiences.

Hours span day and night shifts: Tues-Sat days, and Fri & Sat nights. We are closed Sun & Mon so you are guaranteed that 2 days off each week!

Permanent residents are preferred, but for the right person, we are willing to embrace a few months of temporary brilliance!

WAHOOOO!! look what we won!!

What a fantastic night hosted by the restaurant and Caterers association. It was great to see so many of our fantastic hospitality venues coming together to celebrate each others achievements.

A huge shout out to all the finalists and a massive Congratulations to all the winners on the night.

It is with so much gratitude & happiness that we announce Wild Thyme Restaurant took out the TOP PRIZE for Best Family Dining at the Restaurant & Catering Awards for Northern Australia! 🏆

But wait, there’s more....! We are incredibly proud to share with you that our very own manager, Catherine Pacey, also won the Manager of the Year Award. We see all of the hard work & dedication that Cath puts in to Wild Thyme & creating our culture behind the scenes, and it’s wonderful to be able to now share this with Australia. Congratulations Cath ~ this is so very well deserved!

A well traveled cairns local, Morgan has lived and worked all round the world and has come back to his home town to share his culinary experience.

Qualified at the age of 19 (now 58😉😉).

Cooking is all Morgan has wanted to do and is excited to make his mark and give cairns something to drool about!
