MUMBALATES is awesome fun for new mums, in a relaxed outdoor space that is cool and stress free. Functional stretch & strengthen exercises that feel good!

Mumbalates is a fun free exercise class for new mums. Stretch tired and tight muscles and strengthen and tone the ones that need it. Ideal for new mums with bubs up to 12 months old. Includes pilates, foot fitness, functional strength and movement, core conditioning and tai chi.

Hi Mums to be, there's some excellent advice here for training during pregnancy. I personally LOVE the rolling option and am a huge fan of rolling no matter what age you happen to be.
