Hi Mums to be, there's some excellent advice here for training during pregnancy. I personally LOVE the rolling option and am a huge fan of rolling no matter what age you happen to be. Be sure to seek the guidance of an appropriately qualified fitness professional to lead you through these exercises. Stay active and have fun! Sim :D
