🐾 Exploring Australian Animals in Senior Kindy! 🦘🐨

Our Senior Kindy friends had a wonderful time learning all about native Australian wildlife!

They gathered by our animal wall to point out and identify different creatures—from cuddly koalas and bouncy kangaroos to wombats, dingoes, and platypuses. Some friends even enjoyed reading animal storybooks together on the cozy cushions! 📖🌿

It was a fantastic way to build vocabulary, animal recognition, and a love for Aussie nature! ✨

Our toddlers had a fantastic time exploring various wooden learning toys at the table!

They practiced sorting shapes onto peg boards, sliding colourful beads across the abacus, and flipping alphabet tiles. These activities are wonderful for developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early problem-solving.

We had a wonderful morning gathered on the mat for a magical storytime with Miss Possum!

With her cute possum puppet, Hush, and classic Aussie tales like Possum Magic, as well as the fun and silly story The Ravenous Beast, the children were completely captivated. Storytime is such a special way to build early literacy, spark imagination, and share laughter together. 📖🐊🌟

✍️ Name recognition practice in Senior Kindy! ✨

Our Senior Kindy friends were super focused as they practiced recognizing and coloring the letters of their own names.

Using colorful pastels, they carefully traced inside each letter, developing their fine motor control, pencil grip, and early literacy skills. It was wonderful to see their pride and concentration as they made their names look so vibrant! 🎨🖍️

🧊 Cooling down with some ice sensory fun! ❄️

Our little explorers had a fantastic time with our 'Ice Treasure Hunt' activity! We froze some colorful pompoms inside big ice cubes for a chilly sensory experience.

The children loved feeling the cold, slippery ice and watching it slowly melt in their hands. Some babies were even brave enough to give it a little taste! 😋 It was a great way to explore concepts of temperature, melting, and different textures while having lots of fun staying cool! 🥰

Captain Carrot visited our center! 🌟

We had so much fun with the Future Champs' Captain Carrot Show!

Our children learned all about healthy eating, fruits, vegetables, and how good food gives our bodies energy to run, jump, and play. There was so much energy in the room with lots of dancing, interactive games, and high-fives with Captain Carrot! 🖐️✨

It was a wonderful morning filled with healthy habits and big smiles! 😄🍎🥦

🧵 Busy hands and big imaginations in Senior Kindy! ✨

Our Senior Kindy friends had a wonderful time practicing their fine motor skills. They worked hard threading yarn through paper with punched holes, carefully weaving and threading away.

After creating their colorful pieces, they took their learning outdoors and had fun tying their strings around the branches in the yard! 🌿🧶

It was a great activity for hand-eye coordination, concentration, and creative play! ❤️

🧱 Lego time in the Kindy room! 🧱

Our Kindy friends were super focused today as they explored a huge collection of Lego bricks. From unique vehicles to creative houses and gardens, their imaginations were truly at work!

Building with blocks is a wonderful way for children to develop fine motor skills, problem-solving abilities, and spatial awareness while having a load of fun! 🚗🏡✨

☀️ Sunny weather means water park time! 💦

After a few quiet days, the sun finally came out!
We took full advantage of the beautiful weather and turned on our water park.

The children had an absolute blast splashing around, filling up their buckets, and cooling off in the water.
So many smiles and giggles all morning! 🫧🥳
