Good News!

Cairns Junior Choral Society’s closing date has been moved to the end of February and we still have lots of choral music left ❤️🎼🎵🎤🤍❤️

Thanks to all those who have called and helped us out with clearing out the music.

If you are interested please phone and LEAVE A MESSAGE or TEXT 0437 942 019 to make a time to drop into our hall.

Please spread the word, especially if you have contacts within the school systems - let their music departments know.

The Cairns Junior Choral Inc. has enjoyed 70 wonderful years of singing with the youth of Cairns ❤️🤍❤️. Sadly, the society has decided to call it a day 😢. The committee has resolved to donate its ENTIRE music collection to whoever wants it ASAP!

* Choral Music for Unison, SSA, SAB, SATB, two to four part
* Some Vocal scores and libretti of musicals, operettas, limited opera
* Numerous multiple original copies of choral music collated for use in educational settings!
* An extensive loose sheet collection of choral scores ( UK, US editions primarily, some Australian music included )
* Musical theatre albums. Be quick! These will go fast!
* cds, warm up and choral exercise books

Some Costumes and props from previous productions.

Some storage boxes provided free, but it is also advisable to bring own boxes.”

Audition dates have been released!

The Cairns Junior Choral Society has been very successful in past years. Post Covid, we can get back to this level of success.

🎶Auditions are in the planning stages and dates will be released very soon.
If you have a primary student who enjoys singing please comment below.🎶

This choir is the only junior choir in Cairns and is run solely by volunteers. This helps us keep the costs down.
