I am so proud of these 3 ladies. They are developing their backs beautifully.
I have another few ladies with great backs also which I'll post in the next few days.
I'm giving these ladies a challenge whilst I'm on holidays.

LUNGES:
Q: I wobble during lunges. Am I doing it wrong?
Nope! Wobbling is normal, especially for beginners โ its your body telling you which muscles are less engaged or need extra attention. Lunges are one of the best exercises for balance and coordination, and they teach your body to stabilize itself on one leg at a time.
Why are lunges important for beginner:
