Staying mobile and flexible is often the most under-rated part of athletic ability.
👊Especially for strength/power athletes and teens.
💪Strong muscles tend to get bigger, thicker and stronger but the trade off is less dynamic flexibility that can impact range of movement for the joints.
🏃🤸🤾For teens that are growing and changing rapidly, its even more important to monitor their flexibility is keeping up with their bone and muscle development to avoid unnecessary injuries.

Strengthening exercises are an effective way to preventing injuries from physical activity.
