NAIDOC Week 2026 marks the theme '50 Years of Deadly', celebrating five decades of recognising and uplifting the voices, cultures, leadership, and communities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our educators use this opportunity to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into meaningful learning experiences and activities. Through storytelling, art, music, discussions, and cultural exploration, children are encouraged to develop an appreciation of the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations peoples while celebrating the significance of NAIDOC Week.
