Today, our Year 6 students had the wonderful opportunity to hear from Federal Independent MP for Fowler, Dai Le, who spoke about her important role in representing the local community and working in Parliament.
Students gained valuable insights into leadership, public service and the democratic process, while asking thoughtful questions about life as a Member of Parliament.
As a special recognition of their recent visit to Parliament House, students were also presented with certificates to commemorate this memorable experience.
We thank Dai Le for taking the time to inspire our students 🇦🇺⭐

😴✨ Pyjama Day at Sacred Heart! ✨😴
Our school was filled with cosy pyjamas, big smiles and plenty of fun as we celebrated Pyjama Day as part of Wellbeing Week! Students enjoyed spending the day in comfort while engaging in their learning, watching a movie with popcorn, and creating wonderful memories with their classmates.
A fantastic day of fun, friendship and learning as we continue to nurture wellbeing across our school community 🩵⭐

✨🙏 Mass and Reception of the Relic of St Carlo Acutis 🙏✨
As part of the spiritual preparation for the International Eucharistic Congress 2028, all are warmly invited to a special Eucharistic celebration at St Mary’s Cathedral.
📍 St Mary’s Cathedral
📅 Thursday, 25 June 2026
⏰ 5:30pm
The Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP, with Bishop Richard Umbers, Monsignor Anthony Figueiredo and priests of the Archdiocese.
Following Mass, Monsignor Figueiredo will lead a time of catechesis, with opportunities for veneration and personal prayer before the relic of St Carlo Acutis.
This is a beautiful opportunity to deepen our faith, encounter Christ in the Eucharist, and be inspired by the witness of Blessed Carlo Acutis, who devoted his life to sharing the beauty of the Eucharist with the world.
Please arrive early to secure seating. St Mary’s Cathedral will remain open for prayer until 9:00pm.
