🚦 Road Safety Week 🚦

This week the Koala children explored road safety through creative art, colour recognition and imaginative play. We learned about traffic lights and what the colours mean , Stop, Slow and Go.

We also explored road signs & discussed how to stay safe near roads.

Monday Muscles in Motion 💪🌈

Today our little learners strengthened their muscles through creative block play, lifting, stacking and exploring movement together.

When you come into the centre next time you will notice our huge fig tree has been cut down. Although this tree gave us a huge amount of shade it also became a hazard.
It was starting to lean against the platypus verandah which would have eventually knocked it down.
Also there are huge roots from the tree which were causing tripping hazards.
